Our classes exist in two formats.
Online LMS (learning management systems) and Live Video Conferencing.
The LMS coursework provides content for students and progresses their educational activities; while the Live Video Conferences is how our LEAN Master Black Belts mentor and instruct students in LEAN mastery.
LMS content represent only about 25% of a students program of hours for completion. The bulk of your program (about 75%) is Live Interaction between students and a Master Black Belt instructor. During these Live sessions, students will have time to present their questions, their insights, their assign tasks, and the format of the Live Classes changes quickly evolves into a “LEAN meeting” environment; where groups interact with each other and work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes in their solo and group projects.
PROJECT LEARNING:
Projects are the backbone of learning at KP. Since every LEAN professional will be actively engaged in Project Activities, projects become the instructional environment to help students quickly excel in these “real world” work environments.
At first, the instructor runs the Project Meetings, but soon each student is required to manage and plan a series of Project Meetings. This skill of managing LEAN discussions is critical to producing LEAN LEADERS, and at KP – that is exactly what we are producing here!
